The thirty-day guarantee
Every hosting plan comes with a thirty-day money-back guarantee. If it isn’t the right fit within your first thirty days, email admin@hostavision.com and we will refund what you paid for hosting — no reason required, no exit interview.
This covers the hosting fee. A domain name, once registered in your name, is yours and is not part of the refund, because the registration fee is already spent with the registrar.
After the first thirty days
Hosting is only a few dollars a month and you can cancel any time, so we keep this simple: after the first thirty days we don’t refund the month already in progress. Nothing further is charged once you cancel.
There is no penalty and no fee for leaving. You are never locked into a contract.
How to cancel
You can cancel from your account at any time, or just email admin@hostavision.com and we’ll take care of it. Your hosting then runs to the end of the month you have already paid for.
Billing is monthly and is not pro-rated — cancelling partway through a month does not trigger a partial refund of that month, but it does stop every charge after it.
What happens to your site
When your hosting ends, your site comes down from our servers. Most people who leave have already moved their site and pointed their domain to its new home, so there is nothing to untangle.
Your website, your content and your domain remain yours throughout. If a domain is registered elsewhere, it stays exactly where it is — cancelling hosting does not touch it.
Website development work
Website builds are separate from hosting and are quoted individually. The terms for a build — scope, schedule and what happens if a project is cancelled partway — are agreed in writing before any work starts, so there are no surprises on either side.
