One site that does not get heavy traffic: Starter at 5.99 a month. A few sites, or room to grow: Intermediate at 6.99. Several sites, or a store: Gold Builder at 15.00. No. What you pay in the first month is what you pay in year three. There is no promotional rate here, so there is nothing to jump back up from. That is the whole point of how we price it.

The server runs daily backups, and in practice you can restore to the previous day. It is not to the second, and on some plans it may reach back only a couple of days, so treat it as a safety net and not a guarantee. On some sites we also keep our own copies. If your site matters to your business, ask us and we will set you up with your own backups as well.

Yes. Starter includes five mailboxes, Intermediate six, and Gold Builder unlimited. If you already use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, we will point the records at those instead — that is often the better answer.

SSD storage, free SSL for the life of the account, and enterprise-grade infrastructure with monitoring. Downtime is rare. We do not publish an uptime percentage, because we are not going to promise a number we cannot personally control.

Nothing. We will move your website over from any host, free, on any plan. That is not a promotional offer, it is just how we do it.

No, and often you should not. If your domain is registered somewhere else, we simply point it here and leave the registration where it is. If you would rather bring it over, we can do that too.

Yes, and that is usually the better way. We can build on a staging address and point your domain when you are ready, or point it now and put a simple coming-soon page up while we work. Your call.

Some do. As long as we can get login access or a backup file, we can work with it. Tell us who you are with and we will tell you what to expect.

It depends on the size of the site, and we would rather give you a real number than a package price that does not fit. That is what the free one hour consultation is for. Fill out the contact form, we will call you back, and you will get a straight figure for what you actually need.

Because a five page ministry site and a store with a hundred products are not the same job, and pricing them off a menu means somebody gets overcharged. Hosting has a published price because it is the same for everyone. A build does not.

Most run four to six weeks from the day we have your content. A simple three or four page site can be quicker, and a larger build with a store takes longer. That time is not spent typing — it is spent getting your vision right before anything gets built.

Often not. Plenty of sites need a speed pass, a mobile fix and better wording on three pages, which costs a fraction of starting over. Ask us for a second opinion before you commit to a rebuild.

Yes, and that is the intent. Everything is built on WordPress, and we walk you through changing text, swapping photos and posting. If you would rather not touch it, we can handle changes monthly instead.

You do. Your domain, your content, your WordPress install. If you ever leave, we hand over a full export and help you move it.

Within reason, yes. A plugin conflict, a broken form, an update that went sideways — we will look at it. Anything larger gets quoted first so nothing surprises you on an invoice.

Many clients keep us on monthly for updates, backups, edits and the small things that break. You send an email and we handle it, usually the same day.

By card through the site. Hosting bills monthly in advance and renews automatically, so nothing lapses by accident.

Any time, in either direction. Upgrades take effect right away, downgrades at your next billing date.

No. Hosting is month to month and you can cancel any time. Your service runs to the end of the month you have paid for.

Then you leave, and we will help you do it. You get a full export of your site and database, and we will help point your domain wherever it is going. No exit fee and no argument. If we are not the right fit, we would rather you were somewhere that is.
